From Rostock to Constance – 60 individual events in 4 weeks

On behalf of the client, Zeitgemaess developed the umbrella concept for all the audiology branches nationwide. The goal was to provide all the branches, and the sales department, with a turnkey event concept – from invitations to organisation of the event to follow-up – as well as a central contact person (roadshow map guide).

The information event for HNO doctors and practice teams was followed by a Midsummer BBQ in selected open air locations.

One major challenge was the time-consuming search for locations ahead of the roadshow. The aim was to achieve a certain level of consistency between the locations, and to make sure there was a viable wet weather plan in place for all the lectures and for the get-together afterwards. The complex participant management for all the events, and the sheer number of them running side by side within a short space of time – 60 individual events nationwide, packed into the Wednesdays when the practices were closed – made for an intensive 4 weeks.
